Structure of the M.A. Modern South Asia

The unique selling point of the MA Modern South Asia is its focus on modern digital methods of knowledge transfer. Students can actively participate in the production of knowledge in their subject via new media (podcasts, Youtube videos, Wikipedia) and thereby also make their subject more visible in society. This happens in the newly designed seminar modules, each of which aims to produce their own contributions in one of the new media. The Master Modern South Asia thus implements the claim of our faculty to be actively involved in the transfer of knowledge to society, which is one of the most important goals in the field of teaching.
